How do I redeem a coupon code?

1. You will receive a coupon code via email.

2. After logging in, enter your account page or go to the “Shop with points” page.

3. Enter the code in the bottom left where it says “Coupon:” and click “Apply Coupon” button. Now the points will be added to your account!

NOTE: Coupon codes will not automatically redeem once you receive them in your email. You need to follow the above steps in order to transfer your coupon code to points.

Do coupon codes or reward points expire?

Nope, coupon codes and reward points never expire–hooray! But coupon codes do have a one time use limit, so you can’t redeem the same coupon multiple times.

How do I sign up for IUA's Reward Program?

1. Click the ‘Register’ button on the top right menu to proceed.

2. Create an account by entering your email address and creating a password.

3. You are all set! Please make sure to enter a valid email address to keep updated on account actions

Are coupon codes automatically added to my account once I receive them?

No, coupon codes will not be automatically redeemed once you receive them in your email. Please refer to question, “How do I redeem a coupon code?” for point redemption instructions.

When will my order be delivered?

You will receive electronic gift cards in your email inbox within 5 business days. During times of a high volume of orders, there may be a delay of an extra 5-10 business days.

How do I use my reward points to shop for gifts?

1. Select a gift with a value of your points or less and click ‘Add to cart’ button.

2. Click on a ‘proceed to check out’ button during online checkout.

3. You are set! Please be mindful to enter valid phone number and email address.

You may choose to redeem you points now or you may choose to accumulate additional points over time in order to qualify for a reward of higher worth.

How do I earn points?

Earn reward points is easy. You can earn points towards rewards when you register, refer, bind new business and engage in promotion. Keep accruing points towards great rewards!

Bind a policy with International Underwriting Agency with a premium greater than or equal to $1,000! Your underwriter will email you a reward coupon code. Coupons look like this: Q57GUWGLRS93



Redeem your Coupon Code

Take your coupon code (i.e. Q57GUWGLRS93) and redeem it here! Depending on your policy’s premium, you’ll get either 500, 1000, 2500, 5000, or 10000 points. You can get up to $100 in points for binding with IUA!


